Family

Its been 5 months now and we are still very excited about the blessing god has given us. There has been many emotions we has experience, sometimes joy and most of times worries. We are not sure if we are ready for what is coming into our lives. It's hard to imagine that we will soon be parents. We often wonder if we can handle being parents and also caring for someone who is little and fragile. Do we know what we are doing and can be good parents? Only time will tell. But what we are certain of is we love our son with all are hearts. Thinking back to when we were first married, i often wonder how could we ever afford to bring a child into the world care for him and raise him to be a good person? This is a very difficult question to answer. What we are thankful for is our family who has given us the support we needed to get to where we are today. We will always be grateful to them. As the months past and we get closer to the birth of our son we will look to our family for guidance and pray to god.

It's a boy! 4 month ultrasound picture

Today, we had the 3rd time ultrasound. The ultrasound machine in Dr. Campbell's office looks different from the one at St. Mary hospital. The nurse was very nice. We told her we would like to know baby's gender if baby cooperate. We were very exciting, actually I was nervous! She pressed my belly and kept moving around, suddenly she pointed out a blur on the screen and said, "Look, it's a boy! This is his wee wee!" I looked at screen and tried very hard to look for the shape, but I only saw a blur... Phillip started laughing, he was very happy. Wow, I can't believe we are going to have a son. Phillip can't wait to teach him football. Now, the next thing is picking name for our baby.

I am sure I will sleep well tonight.
